TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS - Account Details

1. Unconditional acceptance of this offer with all terms and conditions contained therein

1. The borrower shall bear all out of pocket and other expenses including but not limited to interest charges, commission charges, and legal fees for perfection of security, stamp duties, registration fees, valuation report and other expenses incurred in the processing of this facility, Perfection and enforcement of the security and re3covery of the facility in the event of default will be on the account Borrower.
2. The Borrower shall provide the Bank with any document considerd helpful to the Bank and such documents may be recieved into the Bank's custody
3. Although the facility has been tenured for a stated period, the Bank in accordance with the general practice of banking reserves the right to cancel or revise it at any time should it consider that circumstances have risen which justify such a course of action.
4. No failure by the Bank in exercising any remedy, power or right hereunder shall operates as a waiver or impairement thereof nor shall it impair any such remedies, power or rights in respect of any subsequent default.
5. The Bank Reseve the right to adjust the interest rate as appropriate without recourse to the customer.
6. You are mandated to transfer monthly deduction to your account with Borstal Microfinance Bank Limited if the bank is unable to deduct the loan repayment from salary source.
7. 5.00% Flat per Month will be charged monthly on late repayment.

1. The borrower commits any beach or fails to observe or perform any obligationon on his part as contained herein
2. Any representtation or warranty given or made by the borrower in this agreement or in any certificate or statement, delivered or made pursuant herein, is innoculate in any respect when made or delivered.
3. Any extra-ordinary situation shall have arisen, the continuance of which in the opition of the bank shall make it impossible that the borrower will be able to perform its obligation.

• I hereby confirm that the information given above is to the best of my Knowledge correct and should be used by the bank to consider my application for a credit facility requested by me I should be held personally liable and responsible for any information given by me which ends up being found incorrectity in the event of default will be on the account Borrower.
• By Signing up, I consent to Borstal Microfinance Bank Limited obtaining information from relevant third parties together with the cost implication as may be necessary, on my employment details, salary payment, loans and other related data, to make a decision on my loan application. I also consent to the loan amounts being deducted from my salary at source before credit to my accoutn and any outstanding loans being recovered automatically from any other accounts linked to me in the case of default in respect with the CBN Global Standing Instruction (GSI).
